Ask Me Anything: Terms and Conditions
By booking and paying for an Ask Me Anything session, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
What your booking includes
At the time of booking you will choose either a 30 or 60 minute session with me. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link to join the session.
I’ll send you a form via Google Forms at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to find out more about you and what you want to talk about.
The coaching and mentoring relationship is designed to support you to achieve your goals, develop on a personal and professional level and enhance your performance. This will be delivering during the session though coaching questions, goal-setting and sharing knowledge, resources and skills. The success of the session is reliant on you showing up on time and giving your full attention.
After the session, within 24 hours I’ll send you a summary of the discussion and the action points and any resources.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of booking via the simplymeet.me link.
Refunds and Rescheduling
If you need to re-arrange your session, you must let me know in writing at least 24 hours before the agreed start time of your session and I will offer you alternative times and dates. Less than 24 hour’s notice will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be made.
If I need to re-arrange your session due to an emergency, I will contact you and will offer an alternative time or date. If we can’t find a mutually convenient date and time, I’ll refund you in full on your original payment method.
Failure to show up for the session will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be made.
Arrival beyond 15 minutes after the start time will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be made.
Your Data
Into The Woods Marketing collects basic personal data to provide the Ask Me Anything session.
Your submitted data will not be shared outside of Into The Woods Marketing. Payments for Ask Me Anything are handled by Simply Meet and PayPal for Business. I will share transaction data with these payment providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunds and payment queries. You can find information about the payment services providers’ privacy policies on their websites.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data at any time. To do this, please contact hello@intothewoodsmarketing.com
Confidentiality
I will not share or disclose to any other person any information concerning you or your business.
These terms and conditions form the agreement between us. No other person can enforce any of its terms and the respective rights under these terms and conditions cannot be assigned or transferred to another person.
